Docman 1.3 RC2 uses hardcoded "mos_" database prefixes in docman.class.php you have to fix when your installation uses another prefix (default Joomla database prefix is "jos_"). Make sure all database queries make use of "#__", which will replaced by your real database prefix defined in your global config. Search for "mos_" or "jos_" and replace with "#__".
